Richmond, VA : I-95 North and South ramps closed due to tractor trailer crash Thursday September 1 2016

The I-95 North and South ramps are closed due to a tractor trailer crash, according to VDOT.
The ramp from I-95 North to Bells Road, or Exit 69, is closed and the ramp from I-95 South to Bells Road is also closed. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes and expect delays.
A tractor trailer overturned on Commerce Road near Walmsley Boulevard Thursday evening.
The trailer overturned getting off the exit ramp of I-95. There were no injuries reported in the crash and nothing hazardous was spilled.
