Boston, MA : Car crashes into Collier memorial in Cambridge on Thursday, 14th June 2018

A memorial to slain MIT officer Sean Collier was damaged when a car crashed into it early Thursday morning, June 14.

The 52-year-old driver of the car hit the memorial and took down a tree near the intersection of Main and Vassar streets. He was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
