Ellensburg , WA : 53- Year old driver of a semi-truck killed after truck ran off the highway and hit a tree on Monday morning , December 22nd 2014

The Washington State Patrol says the driver of a semi-truck killed in a crash Monday morning on Highway 97 at Blewett Pass was driving too fast for conditions.

Troopers say the truck ran off the highway and hit a tree.

The crash killed 53-year-old Daniel D. Higgenbottom of Gig Harbor.
