LACKAWANNA COUNTY, PA : Deadly crash in Lackawanna County on Tuesday, 9th July 2024

A woman is dead after a crash Tuesday morning in Lackawanna County.

According to Carbondale police, two cars hit head-on just before 8 a.m. on Fallbrook Street (Route 106) in Fell Township.

The Lackawanna County Coroner says Maryanne Penny, 34, of Carbondale, died at the scene. Three people were taken to hospital.
