Independence MO : 84-year-old Independence woman dies after vehicle crash on Little Blue Parkway on Friday, 3rd August 2018

An 84-year-old Independence woman died Friday from injuries sustained in a vehicle crash on Thursday morning.

Independence police said Bonnie Carroll was driving a Ford Fusion north on Little Blue Parkway when she pulled in front of a Dodge 1500 pickup that was traveling east on U.S. 40.

The crash occurred about 8:30 a.m. The driver of the pickup was not injured.
