Monett, MO : Two Cassville men injured in wreck on Highway 37 at Highway W in Butterfield on Tuesday, June 21, 2016
Two Cassville men were injured Tuesday in a wreck at 6:28 a.m. on Highway 37 at Highway W in Butterfield.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Mason Roller, 18, was driving a 2000 Dodge pickup truck eastbound and pulled into the path of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, being driven by John Pugh, 24, of Granby. The collision caused Pugh's vehicle to collide with a 2013 GMC pickup truck, being driven by Steven Mattingly, 30, of Exeter.
Roller and a passenger in his vehicle, Caleb Roller, 20, of Cassville, each suffered serious injuries. Both were flown to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. Pugh and Mattingly were not injured.
Mason and Caleb Roller were not wearing safety devices, whiles Pugh and Mattingly were. The Dodge was totaled in the wreck, while the Jeep suffered extensive damage and the GMC suffered moderate damage.
