Warren, VT : Woman charged in suspected DUI crash in Vermont on Monday, November 10, 2014

Vermont State Police say they believe a New York woman, with her children in her SUV, was driving under the influence when she crashed head-on into a pickup truck. Authorities say Kelly Murdock ran a stop-sign in the town of Warren on Monday night and crashed into the pickup. Two of Murdock's children, ages 4 and 6, were in her vehicle. No one was injured. State police say the woman from Rye was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and other charges. She's scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court on Dec. 4.
