Monroe, MI : Two hospitalized after crash on US-23 on Thursday, March 9th 2017
A traffic crash about 7:30 p.m. Thursday resulted in two injuries and shut down US-23 for a time at milepost 22.
Two vehicles were involved, and two victims were taken to area hospitals, according to Monroe County Central Dispatch.
Milan Fire Department, Monroe Community Ambulance and Monroe County Sheriff's Office were among those at the scene.
All southbound lanes on the highway after Plank Rd., exit 25, were shut down from 7:55 p.m. to about 8:35 p.m., according to Michigan Department of Transportation.
