WOLF CREEK, CO : Texas man dies in Wolf Creek crash on Thursday, 13th October 2016

A Texas man died Thursday morning in a crash on the west side of Wolf Creek Pass.

Deon Williams, 36, of Donna, Texas, was driving a 2002 Ford F-350 pickup pulling a trailer when his vehicle experienced brake failure and failed to make the hairpin curve on Highway 160 at the overlook on the west side of Wolf Creek heading down into Pagosa Springs, according to Colorado State Patrol Captain Adrian Driscoll.
