BEDFORD, TX : Deadly crash on Texas 183 blocks traffic through Bedford on Monday, 18th March 2024

A deadly crash had most of eastbound Texas 183 shut down through Bedford early Monday morning, police said

Officials were working the crash around 5:30 a.m. between Central Drive and Industrial Boulevard, where only one eastbound lane remained opened.

Police said the crash was a fatality, but more information about the crash was not released. The eastbound access road was shut down between Westpark Way and Industrial, though all off ramps along the highway remained open.
