ECRU, MS : Belden woman dies in crash involving deer on Thursday, October 6th, 2016
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a Belden woman that occurred on Mississippi 346 early Thursday morning.
Carly Tate, 38, of Belden, died when her 2000 Toyota collided with a deer, overturned and caught fire, MHP Public Affairs Officer Ray Hall said in a press release.
Highway patrol troopers responded to the scene near Ashley Furniture at approximately 5 a.m., but Tate died on the scene from her injuries.
