Yakima, WA : Cowiche man injured after car went off the road on Highway 12 Tuesday, Oct 6, 2015

A Cowiche man remains in serious condition after his car went off the road Tuesday.

Washington State troopers say 28-year-old Eric Town was heading east on Highway 12 when he drove onto the center lane.

He then hit the guardrail near 16th Avenue and landed in the Greenway.

Investigators say a medical issue may have contributed to the accident. Town is in intensive care at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
