Cromwell ,IN :75- years old Crook Killed after two-vehicle crash at U.S. 33 on Monday morning ,August 17th 2015
A 75-year-old Cromwell man was killed Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash at U.S. 33 and Indiana 5 between Cromwell and Ligonier.
According to a release from the Noble County Sheriff’s Department, Alfred Crook was driving a 1990 Dodge Dakota pickup truck that collided with a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500, driven by 49-year-old Georgia Krieger from Wisconsin. The crash occurred about 10:30 a.m.
Crook died at the scene, according to the release. Krieger was not injured.
The crash is still under investigation. Ligonier and Cromwell fire departments responded, along with Noble County EMS, Noble County Sheriff’s Department, the Indiana State Police and the Cromwell Police Department, the release said.
