Carver, MA : 19-year-old woman died after a one-car rollover accident on Tremont Street on Wednesday, April 6, 2016
A 19-year-old woman died after being thrown from her vehicle in a one-car rollover accident on Tremont Street, Carver police said.
The accident occurred just before 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The driver, the only person in the car, was ejected during the crash.
She was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth but did not survive, authorities said.
Police did not release her identity because her family had not been notified.
The Carver Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section are investigating the accident.
It was the third fatal accident in Carver since last Thursday.
Russell Hubbard Jr., 30, of Carver died Saturday night after being injured in a crash on High Street. Police said speeding was a factor in the accident.
On Thursday, Craig Szeman, 52, of Carver was killed when the motorcycle he was riding struck a tree on Plymouth Street near Cordwood Circle at about 8:30 p.m. Authorities said he died at the scene.
