COLLEGE STATION, TX : 7 vehicle crash in South College Station shuts down Highway 6 on Thursday, 27th June 2024

Multiple people were injured Thursday in a major crash on Highway 6 in South College Station.

College Station Police originally reported eight vehicles involved in the crash, but now they have confirmed a total of seven vehicles were involved. The crash happened on the highway’s northbound lanes, south of William D. Fitch Parkway. Police say three people were taken to the hospital with injuries.

The northbound lanes of Highway 6 were shut down following the crash, but reopened around 3:30 p.m. Police say the feeder will be closed while some of the vehicles are being moved.
