San Diego, CA :1 person killed in crash on SB SR-163 at SB I-5 in Balboa Park on Tuesday, July 14th 2015

A motorist was killed Tuesday afternoon when a vehicle veered off a Balboa Park-area freeway ramp, overturned and hit a tree.The fatal accident on the southbound state Route 163 connector to southbound Interstate 5 occurred about 3:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. The driver, whose name was not immediately available, died at the scene.
