Police say a man has died after crashing his car through the front of a store in the Bronx.
It happened around 9 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Allerton Avenue and Barnes Avenue.
The New York Police Department says the 37-year-old man behind the wheel of the black Chevrolet Tahoe first struck two unoccupied cars before striking a light pole and then plowing through the front of the dry cleaners.
Officers found the man unconscious and unresponsive in the car.
They say the man, whose name wasn't immediately released, had suffered trauma to his body.
Police say they are continuing to investigate the crash.
