Thomasville, GA : Man and woma killed in semi-truck crash Thomas County on Sunday November 29 2015

A man and woman were killed in Thomas County in an accident involving a semi-truck Sunday afternoon.
Georgia State Patrol says that 81-year-old Everette Pollock and 84-year-old Jo Ann Tuvell were killed when their car was hit by a semi-truck at the intersection of the US-84 Bypass and Georgia State Road 3.
Troopers say 54-year-old Paul Jones was driving the semi-truck and did not stop at a red light. Authorities also say Jones told them he was distracted while trying to take off his headset..
Charges are pending against Jones, according to GSP.
