NEW ORLEANS, LA : I-10 East reopened following a fatal crash on Tuesday, 27th February 2024

A fatal crash had I-10 East closed for several hours as the New Orleans Police Department and EMS worked to clear the scene.

The crash, which NOPD says happened at about 2:17 a.m. Tuesday, forced police to close all eastbound lanes and divert traffic off of the interstate at the Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre exit.
