Perry Township, OH : Perry Township man fatally injured in crash at 12th Street NW and Whipple Avenue on Sunday, 7th October 2018

A 25-year-old Perry Township man died from injuries suffered in an auto crash Saturday afternoon.

Zackery Phillips was a passenger in a vehicle driven at 12th Street NW and Whipple Avenue.

The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
