Harris County, TX : Three hospitalized after multiple vehicle crash at gas station Tuesday on July 22, 2014
Multiple people were injured Tuesday when an SUV crashed at a gas station in Spring, according to the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office.
The crash happened on Falvel Drive at Stuebner shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Witnesses said a green SUV was traveling north on Falvel when it went through the intersection at Spring Cypress and into the parking lot of a Stripes station.
The SUV struck an 79-year-old pedestrian before crashing head-on into another SUV at a gas pump.
Paramedics with CY Creek rushed to the scene and a LifeFlight helicopter was also brought in.
The injured elderly man was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Texas Trauma Institute. Two people in the second SUV were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands.
A pickup truck was also damaged.
