Three El Pasoans killed in I-20 crash outside of Ranger, Texas

A serious accident on Interstate 20 just outside of Ranger, Texas killed three El Pasoans including a 3-year-old boy. Hugo Marin Ulloa, 34, Erika Valenzuela Ulloa, 34, and Max Ulloa, 3, were pronounced dead at the scene of a crash that happened around 1:47 p.m. at mile marker 360 about' 8' miles east of Ranger, Texas - which is between Fort Worth and Abilene, according to KTXS-TV in Abilene.
