HOLYOKE, MA : Woman hospitalized after car accident in Holyoke on Saturday, November, 25th 2017

A woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries following an accident in Holyoke on Saturday night, according to 22news.

The crash occurred on I-91 north near exit 17 around 7 p.m., said Massachusetts State Police Lt. Brian Gladu.

Two women were inside an SUV headed down the highway when the vehicle flipped over. Only one was was taken for treatment, Gladu said.

It is not clear what caused the crash to occur.

Police have released no further information regarding the crash.
