LOGANVILLE, GA : Alcohol, speed cited in crash on Athens Highway near Rosebud Road on Sunday, 23rd June 2019

A mix of high speed and alcohol may be to blame for a crash that killed a Monroe woman early Sunday morning.
It happened at about 7 a.m. on Athens Highway near Rosebud Road. Gwinnett police said a westbound vehicle turned to enter the Midway Plaza shopping center, into the path of an eastbound vehicle.
