Parkton, MD : Man dead after car hits tree in northern Baltimore County on Tuesday, July 7, 2015

A man is dead after an early morning crash in northern Baltimore County, police said Tuesday.

Police said the man was the only occupant of a Honda Accord that was traveling east in the 19400 block of Middletown Road in Parkton. The car went off the road and hit a tree, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene just after 1 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is investigating the crash.
