Middletown,OH : Death of Middletown man found in home appears to be accident on June, Wednesday 21th 2017

Middletown police said the death of a Middletown man found alone in his home appears to be an accident, according to Lt. Scott Reeve.

He declined to talk about specifics, pending the ruling from the Butler County Coroner’s Office.

He confirmed the knife found in the back yard had nothing to do with the man’s death.
