Five people were injured in a crash near SeaWorld this afternoon, Orange County Fire Rescue reported. Two vehicles were involved in the crash at International Drive and Sea Harbor Drive. Details of what led to the crash were not immediately available. Two of the five patients were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center as "trauma alerts," meaning they suffered serious injuries, according to Fire Rescue spokesman John Mulhall.
