Montgomery,TX : DPS identifies victim of fatal wreck near Ford Park on June, Thursday 15th 2017

A Montgomery man died Thursday morning in a crash on Interstate 10 that injured two others and closed the highway for several hours.
Shawn Wallace Fincher, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 7:30 a.m. wreck near Ford Park, according to information from the Department of Public Safety.
Fincher was driving a Dodge pickup truck towing a trailer when he crashed into a Freightliner flatbed that was stopped in the outside, eastbound lane, according to DPS. The impact caused the flatbed to rear-end a Chevrolet pickup truck.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a 39-year-old Houston man, and the driver of the flatbed, a 52-year-old Katy woman, were both taken to Christus St. Elizabeth with injuries. Both were in stable condition Thursday afternoon.
