A women was killed in a multi-vehicle accident here Friday afternoon.
Six cars were involved in the crash about 4:30 p.m. on northbound Interstate 270 near Dorsett Road, Missouri Highway Patrol Cpl. Juston Wheetley said.
A woman was killed when a pickup truck hit the rear of her car, Wheetley said. Other details were not known.
Wet conditions had slowed the Missouri Highway Patrol accident-reconstruction unit's investigation, he said. A completed crash report was expected late Friday night.
All lanes of northbound 270 were open to drivers by 9 p.m., Maryland Heights police said.
