Honolulu, HI : Kapiolani Boulevard reopens following pedestrian accident on Monday, 29th July 2019

Honolulu police reopened the westbound lanes of Kapiolani Boulevard at Mahukona Street after a pedestrian was struck in the area this afternoon.
