McPherson County, KS : Salina woman hurt in semi vs car crash on I-135, north of McPherson on Monday morning, February 15, 2016

A Salina woman was hurt after her vehicle was struck by a semi-truck in McPherson County late Monday morning.

A Kansas Highway Patrol report indicates that about 11:59 a.m., Jordan D. Uldrich, 26, of Fairmont, Neb., was driving a Peterbilt semi-truck and Marjorie Huelsmann, 69, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer south on I-135, 2 miles north of McPherson, when Huelsmann attempted to pass Uldrich, Uldrich moved over to pass another vehicle and struck Huelsmann’s vehicle which then went into the median and rolled.

Huelsmann was sent to McPherson Hospital for injuries.

Both people were wearing a seat belt.
