Wilson, WI : Driver killed in a fiery crash in Sheboygan County on Tuesday, March 1, 2016

A driver was killed Tuesday in a fiery crash in Sheboygan County, the sheriff's office said.

The crash was reported shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Stahl Road west of Frontage Road in the Town of Wilson, according to a news release from the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office.

The vehicle was eastbound on Stahl Road when the driver lost control of it after crossing some railroad tracks, according to the release.

The vehicle then struck a tree and burst into flames.

The identity of the driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, will be released Wednesday, according to the release.
