Melville, NY : Lindenhurst woman drove drunk, crashed; son hurt, cops say on Saturday, March 11th 2017

A Lindenhurst woman has been charged with drunken driving following a crash Saturday night in the village in which her 9-year-old son was injured, Suffolk County police said.

According to a police report, Roxanne Simonetti was driving a 2012 Jeep Liberty North on Centre Avenue at about 11:15 a.m. when the vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a pole in front of 154 Centre Ave.
