Brownsville, TX : A hit-and-run auto-pedestrian accident on Sunday, August 6, 2017

Brownsville police continue to investigate a hit-and-run auto-pedestrian accident that left one man critically injured.
The accident happened shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday at the 5500 block of Southmost Boulevard.
Police report a 44-year-old man was struck by a vehicle on the roadway. He was first treated at a local hospital. He has been transported to a San Antonio hospital where he remains in critical condition.
