JACKSONVILLE, FL : Semi-truck crashes into pillars on I-95, shuts down traffic at I-295 N on Monday, 24th June 2019

A semi-truck crashed into several concrete pillars Tuesday, blocking two southbound lanes on Interstate-95 at Interstate-295 North, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

As of 5:24 p.m., one lane has opened and one remains closed.

The crash also caused a fuel leak, prompting a response from the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department and a hazmat team.Drivers can expect delays, according to fire rescue.

Florida Highway Patrol is working the scene.
