Louisville, KY : 31-year-old Stefan J. Trabue dies after rear-ending stopped semi on Buechel Bypass on Tuesday, January 19, 2016

The man killed Tuesday in a crash on the Buechel Bypass near Plaza Avenue has been identified.

According to the coroner, Stefan J. Trabue, 31, died of blunt force injuries.

Police said Trabue struck the back of a semi-truck that was stopped in the right southbound lane just before 9 a.m.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

The LMPD Traffic Unit is investigating.
