Boulder, CO : Morning crash disrupts traffic on Valmont Road near 55th Street on Wednesday, 29th January, 2020

A crash resulting in no serious injuries disrupted traffic Wednesday morning on Valmont Road east of 55th Street, according to police.

The crash involved a 2006 Chevy SUV and a Ford tow truck, said Josh Lewis, a trooper with the Colorado State Patrol. He added that no charges have been filed against either driver involved.

A Daily Camera photographer on the scene noted that the tow truck was from the company Marv’s Quality Towing Inc.

Despite no serious injuries being reported, traffic was disrupted from around 7:30 a.m. until about 8:10 a.m.


Police left the scene about 8:10 a.m.
