GREENVILLE, SC : a car accident in Greenville County on May, Saturday, 13th 2017

The coroner confirms one fatality in relation to a car accident in Greenville County Saturday evening.
Per the coroner, the collision occurred on Old Buncombe Road at Brooks Avenue around 7 30 p.m. He said three cars were involved.
The decedent's vehicle was struck on the driver's side and then came to rest off the roadway, the coroner reports. She was later identified as 62-year-old Marilyn Scott Bunkley or Greenville, the coroner said.
Troopers say a 24-year-old driver in a Toyota was traveling north on Old Buncombe Road when it crossed the center line and struck Bunkley who was driving a Ford and a 58-year-old driving a Nissan who were both traveling south on Old Buncombe Road. All three drivers were wearing seat belts during the collision and were injured.
Troopers say Bunkley became entrapped and was pronounced dead on scene. Her cause of death was blunt force trauma.
The case is under investigation by the coroner's office and Highway Patrol.
