JACKSONVILLE, FL : All lanes closed after crash with injuries reported on Blanding Boulevard on Friday, 15th December 2023

Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash closing all lanes of Blanding Boulevard near Ovella Road, though lanes reopened by noon.

Troopers were dispatched at 9:45 a.m., according to FHP's live crash and road condition report. FDOT referred to the severity of the crash as "major."

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said on social media crews were working a traffic accident on Blanding Boulevard and Ovella Road with multiple injuries. Delays are expected in the area.
