Denver, CO : Fatal wreck at Havana Street, Smith Road on Monday, 25th November, 2019

Denver police are investigating a fiery crash at Havana Street and Smith Road that killed one person and hospitalized another early Monday.

Speeding is suspected in the wreck, according to Christine Downs, police spokesperson.

One man who was in the vehicle was ejected when it slammed into a barrier. The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

Police have not determined if the other person, whose badly burned body was removed from the vehicle, is a man or woman, Downs said. .
