Authorities say a shooting in Berkeley County left a 20-year-old Goose Creek man dead and a woman injured.
Berkeley County Chief Deputy Coroner George Oliver says he found Nicholas Bradley Valentine dead in the back of a vehicle after being called to the scene about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Oliver says a woman driving the vehicle was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to her shoulder. The car had bullet holes in its doors and windshield. He did not specify how many.
The coroner’s office says an autopsy is being conducted Wednesday.
