Gardnerville, NV : Pedestrian critical conditional after struck by a vehicle on Saturday September 26 2015.

A pedestrian is in critical conditional after being struck by a vehicle around 8:30 Saturday night on US 395 and Eddy Street in Gardnerville.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Duncan Dauber, a pedestrian was taken by care flight to Renown Saturday night after being struck by a white Ford Fusion.

The pedestrian is in critical condition with life threatening injuries.

Both northbound and southbound lanes were shut down on US 395 while officials conducted an investigation. The lanes were re-opened around 11 p.m.
