A driver is in custody after allegedly hitting and killing a pedestrian early Sunday in Milwaukee and then leaving the scene. The 49-year-old suspect was drunk at the time, police said. He is accused of hitting a 40-year-old man who was crossing the street at S. Cesar Chavez Drive and W.
