Mims, FL : One person died in a motorcycle crash at Interstate 95 On Monday, May 2nd, 2016
One person died Friday in a motorcycle crash near Interstate 95 in Mims, troopers said.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was riding southbound on Holder Road, which runs parallel to Interstate 95, when he lost control and struck a tree.
The motorcyclist wound up on the eastbound shoulder of I-95 and was found by another driver around 6 a.m. Monday.
Troopers said the man has been identified as a 25-year-old from Titusville but his name has not been released.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by the FHP.
