A 19-year-old male pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle at a College Hill intersection early Friday, according to Cincinnati police. Police identified the man as Brent Lewis, a resident of College Hill. First responders tried to save the victim's life by performing CPR on him shorty after the 7 a.m. accident at Argus and West North Bend roads. The teen was trapped under the vehicle operated by a male adult driver, believed by police to be 59 or 60. Police at the scene said that the driver and one female passenger were cooperative in the investigation. The corner where the pedestrian was struck has a crosswalk with crossing lights, but police are still unsure who had the right of way at the time of the accident.
