Phoenix, AZ : Female bicyclist killed in hit-and-run accident on Tuesday, Nov 24, 2015

Police in Phoenix have released the name of a woman who was killed in a hit-and-run accident.

They say 33-year-old Krystle Ann Klain was riding a bicycle about 5:40 a.m. Tuesday when she was struck by a large truck at the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue.

Police say Klain suffered fatal injuries.

They have a description of the truck that left the accident scene and are seeking the driver.
