Bakersfield, CA :Six car crash jammed traffic on southbound Hwy 99 on Monday, July 6th 2015

A six-car crash was jamming traffic on the southbound Hwy 99 just north of Panama Lane Monday morning.The California Highway Patrol reports it happened about 5:30 a.m. Monday. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time, but officers report there were no injuries.The CHP initally reported the two middle lanes were blocked, but then they were able to move everything over to the slow lane and then off to the right shoulder.Traffic started moving smoothly again about 6:15 a.m. as crews worked to tow away the last of the cars.
