Paterson, NJ : Drunken woman crashed into a Passaic County Sheriff's Department patrol vehicle on Sunday morning, March 15, 2015

Authorities say a northern New Jersey woman was driving drunk when her car collided with a Passaic County Sheriff's Department patrol vehicle.

No injuries were reported in the crash, which occurred shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday in the area of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Montgomery Street in Paterson.

Paterson resident Amanda Balmer was charged with drunken driving. Authorities say she was alone in the vehicle.

A telephone number for Balmer could not be located Sunday afternoon to seek comment.
