DUNDALK, MD : Three-vehicle crash near the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Peninsula Expressway on Wednesday, 4th March, 2020

A vehicle hit two other vehicles near the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Peninsula Expressway before taking out the Dundalk Presbyterian Church sign on Wednesday, according to eyewitness accounts.

The crash happened around 12:15 p.m. on March 4, according to one eyewitness. The driver of the red sedan that hit the sign had originally hit the back of a dump truck that was stopped on the southbound side of Merritt Boulevard, according to the same eyewitness. The front bumper of the sedan was stuck to the dump truck.
