EL PASO, TX : Horizon PD Bicyclist killed in hit-and-run in Horizon on Monday, 25th September 2023

A bicyclist was hit by two cars and killed early Monday morning, Sept. 25, in Horizon City in a fatal hit-and-run, the Horizon City Police Department reported.

The crash happened just before 3 a.m. along the 13780 block of Horizon Boulevard.

Police say a 44-year-old man was riding a bicycle on the roadway when he was hit by a car and then run over by a second vehicle.

Neither vehicle stopped to render aide to the victim or report the crash, police say.
